Why should I choose Garage Perfect?
At Garage Perfect, we pay attention to details that other “garage experts” don’t. This eliminates hidden costs and ensures that we have the ability to apply an aesthetically pleasing and durable finish.
How do you prepare the floor? Is acid involved?
At Garage Perfect, we are environmentally conscious and we avoid using harsh chemicals. Typically, we use a state of the art diamond finished grinder to grind away the problem areas in your concrete slab. We use state-of-the-art diamond grinding machines to prepare the surface. In the unlikely cases of high moisture content and cracks in the floor we perform additional environmentally friendly steps in preparing your concrete flooring.

What is the difference between Garage Perfect’s polyaspartic floor system compared to Garage Perfect’s epoxy floor systems?
Here are some factors that you should consider when choosing between Polyaspartic Polyurea flooring and Epoxy:
- Garage Perfect has an unbeatable warranty on our Polyaspartic Polyurea flooring.
- The durability of the Polyaspartic Polyurea floor coating is four times stronger than epoxy.
- Unlike epoxy floors, the Garage Perfect polyaspartic polyurea floor coating can be installed in one day in temperatures varying from -20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Due to the materials we can not install epoxy flooring in temperatures below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Aside from the temperature difference epoxy flooring also takes multiple days to cure to the concrete which could be an inconvenience to patrons and residents alike.
The reason that Polyaspartic polyurea flooring system takes one day to cure is because the substance is absorbed into the floor system whereas epoxy rests on top of the concrete. In short Polyaspartic Flooring is Garage Perfect’s most recommended flooring type because of its durability as well as the installation time.
